Project Description:

Designed for interactions inside and out, Camelback Square Tenant Lounge is a place where throughout the day tenants congregate to grab coffee or tea and end up meeting new people and making friends. Decorative felt ceiling grid provide comfortable acoustics while drawing you into the lounge from the open patio and redesigned central courtyard. An exposed block wall anchors the formal seating arrangement for watching events on television or giving presentations. A variety of lounge and meeting furniture provide collaborative gathering areas and space for informal events or presentations. The lounge doubles as the property management office with angular glazing creating visual accessibility. Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale the goal was to redefine the property towards young "edgy" companies while providing a modern amenity to existing tenants.
